अब Airtel के सारे नंबर होंगे बंद

INDIA की सबसे बड़ी टेलीकॉम कंपनी बड़े कर्जे में डूबने वाली है। अगर ऐसा हुआ तो कंपनी को सारी सर्विस बंद करनी पड़ेगी।भारतीय एयरटेल कंपनी द्वारा स्पेक्ट्रम खरीने के चलते दो अरब डॉलर (करीब 13,300 करोड़ रुपए) तक का कर्ज बढ़ सकता है। लेकिन परिचालन और कार्यविधियों के मौद्रीकरण से मिलने वाले नकदी प्रवाह से इस स्तर में अगले छह-बारह महीनों में कमी आने की उम्मीद है। यह जानकारी मूडीज इंवेस्टर्स सर्विस ने अपनी एक रिपोर्ट में दी।
देश की सबसे बड़ी दूरसंचार कंपनी भारती एयरटेल ने हाल में खत्म हुई स्पेक्ट्रम नीलामी में 14,244 करोड़ रुपए में 173.8 मेगाहर्ट्ज स्पेक्ट्रम खरीदा है। उसने 1800 मेगाहर्ट्ज, 2100 मेगाहर्ट्ज और 2300 मेगाहर्ट्ज बैंड में स्पेक्ट्रम खरीदा है और अब उसके पास सभी सर्किलों में 3जी और 4जी स्पेक्ट्रम है।


मूडीज के उपाध्यक्ष एवं वरिष्ठ रिण अधिकारी एन्नालिसा डिचियारा ने कहा कि स्पेक्ट्रम की कीमत अदा करने के लिए एयरटेल का कर्ज यद्यपि दो अरब डॉलर बढ़ जाएगा लेकिन यह लघु अवधि में ही सामान्य हो जाएगा क्योंकि परिचालन और कार्यविधियों के मौद्रीकरण से मिलने वाले नकदी प्रवाह से अगले छह से बारह महीनों में उसके रिण स्तर में कमी आने की उम्मीद है।
मूडीज का मानना है कि कंपनी स्पेक्ट्रम के लिए टुकड़ों में 12 महीनों में भुगतान का विकल्प चुनेगी। इसमें उसे 50 प्रतिशत धन पहले चुकाना होगा जो 7,100 करोड़ रुपए बनता है। इसकी व्यवस्था मुख्यत: रिण से की जाएगी। बाकी धन 10 वार्षिक किस्तों में चुकाया जाना है। भारतीय इन्फ्राटेल का शेयरों के हिसाब से बाजार मूल्य 11 अक्तूबर को 69,800 करोड़ रुपए था। इसमें भारती की हिस्सेदारी का बाजार मूल्य 50,200 करोड़ रुपए (7.5 अरब डालर) बनता है।
